01The agreement
These terms apply to the hosted trqsh website, dashboard, Control API, and tunnel service maintained by Otabek Hamroqulov. By creating an account or using the hosted service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable use policy. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept on its behalf.
You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you do not agree, stop using the hosted service. These terms do not replace the software license for copies you download or self-host. Contact hello@trqsh.uz about the agreement.
02Accounts and credentials
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in account, API keys, local configuration, and QR pairing links. You are responsible for the tunnels you create and for activity you authorize through your account.
API keys are returned in full when created; store them securely. Revoke exposed keys and stop affected tunnels. Do not share credentials in public issues, screenshots, or support messages. Contact hello@trqsh.uz if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
03Public exposure and your content
trqsh forwards connections to the destination you configure. It does not start your application or add application-level authorization automatically. Anyone who learns a public tunnel address may be able to reach it. Use your application’s authentication and suitable tunnel controls.
You retain your rights to your applications and content. You authorize the processing and transmission needed to route your traffic, provide chosen features, and operate the service. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions needed to expose data belonging to other people.
Do not expose the agent control API, local inspector, credentials, or private management interfaces by accident. Review Security & privacy before publishing a sensitive service.
04Plans, upgrades, and payments
The pricing page describes the public plans. Available protocols, simultaneous tunnels, names, domains, and traffic allowances depend on your active entitlement and the edge’s networking setup. A successful payment or plan change does not configure missing DNS, TLS, or ingress for a self-hosted installation.
The website currently handles paid upgrade requests through the Telegram contact flow. It does not provide a self-service card checkout. Confirm the price, currency, payment method, activation period, renewal arrangement, and any cancellation or refund terms with us before paying.
Manually activated plans may have an expiry and return to Free when it is reached. The service can refuse new operations when a quota or entitlement is exceeded. Contact hello@trqsh.uz about a payment, cancellation, refund request, or incorrect activation. Nothing here removes consumer rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
05Availability and product changes
trqsh is actively developed. Connections may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, network conditions, resource limits, or failures in services we depend on. Unless separately agreed in writing, we do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular response time, or a service-level credit.
Random addresses and allocated ports are not permanent reservations. Use an available reserved-name or verified-domain feature when you need a stable address. Keep your own copies of important data; the inspector is a bounded local troubleshooting tool, not a backup or persistent archive.
We may change features and plans. Published software changes appear in the changelog; review the current documentation for supported behavior.
06Suspension and ending use
We may restrict a tunnel or account to address abuse, unauthorized access, a serious security risk, legal obligations, or a breach of these terms. We may act immediately when needed to protect people or the service. Contact hello@trqsh.uz if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
You can stop your tunnels and stop using trqsh at any time. To request deletion of hosted account data, contact hello@trqsh.uz; uninstalling the client or signing out does not erase it. Data handling is described in the Privacy policy.
07Open-source software and third parties
The current repository is distributed under the Apache License 2.0. Check the license bundled with the particular release or dependency you use. A proposed future licensing change does not change rights granted for an already published version.
Third-party sign-in, messaging, package hosting, and infrastructure services have their own terms. A link to one of those services does not make trqsh responsible for its availability or practices.
08Warranty and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the hosted service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your particular purpose. You are responsible for assessing whether it meets your reliability and security needs.
To the extent permitted by law, trqsh and its maintainer are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, including lost profits or loss of business. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.
09Changes and contact
Revised terms are published on this page with an updated date. If a change requires notice or renewed agreement under applicable law, that requirement still applies. Your use after revised terms take effect is subject to those terms.
